  The spa is clean and comfortable. I had the best massage and facial experience ever. They were courteous, professional and thorough. I would go back and definitely recommend this spa. You could tell this team strives to provide the best customer service and exceed their guest expectations. See you guys soon!

  We discovered this spa when we were staying at the Doubletree next door. We spoke with Linda who sold me on a wonderful experience at her facility for an after Valentines Day special. I verbally agreed and gave her my credit card. I noticed something was unusual as she wrote my credit number on a scrap piece of paper and said she needed it to hold the reservation. I was not told of any cancellation requirements or did not sign any contract. My wife and I ended up leaving the hotel next door and going to Miami Beach to enjoy the water. Since we left the area we decided to cancel the reservation. We called Linda to cancel and she told us she already charged our card for the service and we could not get any money back. What??? How do you charge for a service that was never done. She actually hung up on my wife which was very unprofessional. Please stay away from this business at all cost it is very shady and untrustworthy. Don't Waste Your Money! A (1)star was as low as you could go too bad they don't have a 0 rating.
