  I only come here because its convenient since i work in the same building
  but if there was another place here i'm sure everyone will leave. Everyone I speak with agrees. The prices are way too high for food that is not prepared with care and patience nor that tasty. Every breakfast sandwich I order is almost empty cause they only put 1 slice and one small egg on a good sized bagel so each bite I only taste the bread. And it's messy! the ham and cheese on their breakfast sandwiches and croissants are all folded up and i have to open the sandwich to lay it evenly every time and its not enough its almost empty i hate it! almost $4 for a croissant breakfast sandwich. all their food is so oily and they need to change their oil more often and that's coming from me and some of my co workers. they cook in old oil at least that's what it taste like. when their fries are actually good that's when we know they changed it and that barely happens. not to mention ALL OF THE WOMEN THERE have the NASTIEST attitude EVERY day its almost like you can feel their negative energy and how unhappy they are. When you call the professionalism is not there what so ever. They speak too fast to hear what they said and then put you on hold. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I told Rosa to please have the cook wear a hair net because several times me and my fiance had hair in our sandwich and she looked at me like i had 5 heads and just said 'ok' . no sympathy and every day I see the cook in the kitchen she has no hair net. They don't care about who pays their bills and that's the customers. They seem to take every approach to them with a grain of salt. you should have more sympathy. if u have to charge so high for a crappy made plate then its because you must have to make ends meet with the little customers you have. I can seriously go on for days but i cant say anything nice about this place other than the convenience. I've been wanting to write this for a while but I've tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but no they just don't care. If you want better feedback and more customers change the prices or quality of what u offer and WAY better customer service.
